These Terms of Use outline the legal obligations and rights for tutors and students using Metazool. Please review them carefully.
By accessing or using Metazool, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to create a tutor account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Tutors retain ownership of the content they upload. By publishing on Metazool, you grant us a limited license to host, transcode, and stream your content solely for delivery to enrolled students. You represent that you have the rights to all uploaded material.
Metazool processes payments through integrated payment providers. You are responsible for setting prices, applicable taxes, and refund policies. Platform fees are described in your plan; additional fees may apply for optional services.
You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to reverse engineer systems, circumvent DRM protections, or upload malicious code. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
To protect intellectual property, Metazool applies DRM safeguards to all media. Students are granted a non-transferable license to view purchased content. Sharing, screen recording, or redistributing course materials is strictly prohibited.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, student access will be revoked and we will delete or return tutor content in accordance with our data retention policy.
Metazool is provided “as is.” We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our aggregate liability arising from these terms will not exceed the fees you paid to Metazool in the twelve months preceding the incident.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and posted here. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
